My packaging process involves a very close and final examination of the jewelry before I release it to its new home. It is energetically cleansed, unworn and exemplifies the quality and workmanship which makes Jewelry With Intention™ by Anna Rosa® a well respected name in handmade fine art jewelry. Each order is securely packaged to assure a safe transit to your home.

Return & Exchange Timelines
1. Upon immediate receipt of your Anna Rosa® Jewelry With Intention™, try on your new energetically prepared jewelry saving all packing materials as well as your receipt.
After you are done smiling and determined it is a keeper...put your new jewelry in a lovng safe protective place.
2.Decide which intention you will program it with and when.????
3. Familiarize yourself with jewelry do's and don'ts so that your new Anna Rosa® Jewelry With Intention™ today can be tomorrow's heirloom.

If the jewelry was not what you really wanted, I will glady accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date provided that the item or items are in their original tagged and unworn condition.
If you would like a Refund or Exchange, contact me at service[at]jewelrywithintention.com to get your:
1) Return Authorization Number and ...
2) return address details.

Once the item is received in its original condition, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the price of the item. Keep in mind that some item prices may already include shipping and insurance.???
*Our shipping and insurance costs will not be credited back to your account.

Items that were damaged after being shipped to you will not be eligible or accepted for a refund or an exchange.
Items shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada are not returnable.

Exchanges
An item may be exchanged for item(s) of equal or greater value.

To quailify for an exchange, prior commication and a pre-approval is required. An approval number will be given (Return Approval Number) This RAN must be written on the outside of the return package before I will accept the package.

Items must be received by me within 7 days from the date of your delivery confirmation. The items must be in the same pristine,unworn, tagged condition in which that they were shipped.

Items that were damaged after being shipped to you will not be eligible or accepted for an exchange or refund.

Returning an Item
To quailify for an exchange or refund, immediate and prior commication and pre-approval is required. The item must be returned in the full original condition it was received and within the 7 day period after the delivery confirmation date..

An approval number supplied by me (RAN - a number) must be legibly and largely written on the outside of the package before acceptance. It must be sent to the address accompanying the RAN number email.

Please note: I MUST RECEIVE THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to consider acceptance for a refund/exchange.

Acceptance or denial of Refunds and/or Exchanges are determined by the ..
1) condition of the item as described above
2) my receipt of the item within the described 7 day period after the delivery confirmation date.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packed securely for shipment.

* Anna Rosa(r) of Jewelry With Intention (tm) is not responsible for postage or insurance on returned or exchanged items.
It is highly recommended that you protectively pack and insure the package.

It is not my responsibility should the items arrive damaged or get lost in the mail. If the unthinkable occurs, you will need to place the claim and you will need to collect your insurance claim from the shipping carrier. For your own security, save all your shipping paperwork & receipts..just in case.

Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive damaged jewelry, save all packing materials as well as your receipt. There will be an investigation carried out by the shippers.

DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK TO ME
The shipping carrier will investigate the damaged item and determine if the claim is to be honored. If they do honor the claim, the customer will receive their claim payment/refund from either the shipping carrier or myself, depending upon the shipping carriers' current policies.

Defective Item
Should something escape me and a customer receives a defective item in materials or workmanship, it may be returned for merchandise credit only. There is the possiblity that it can be repaired. Each case will need an individual evaluution.

1) Return Authorization Number and...
2) be certain that I recieve the item insured and within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date you initially received the jewelry.

Customized and/or Commissioned Items
Any standard item that is customized (shortening, lengthening, sizing, changing stones etc.) is not returnable for refund or exchange.

Pieces that were commissioned and created as a custom design/special order are not returnable for a refund or exchange.
